The wild-growing botanical ingredients in this gin were hand foraged from stunning Arthur's Pass with our friends at Juniper Collective, then distilled using pure Cave Stream water. Red beech, horopito, pink peppercorns, celery pine, snow tōtara, manuka and Cave Stream limestone fossils combine to create a very special gin that is reminiscent of a mountain beech forest – sweet and earthy with a hint of honey.

A dream collaboration between Elsewhere and New Zealand’s first and only gin boutique, Juniper Collective. Our two families spent the day together at Cave Stream near Arthur’s Pass, distilling the initial batch that would determine the final blend. We worked together to gather botanicals from Arthur’s Pass and the surrounding area that we distilled using pure Cave Stream water. It was an incredible day resulting in a gin that we are all so proud of.
