Another extraordinary holiday with friends, this time for a close friend’s 40th birthday. Our hosts were wonderful at showing us around the area and spots to gather botanicals. This was also the place of our wedding 10 years ago at Furneaux Lodge. The inlet is well known as an exceptional citrus-growing location. Our friends’ bach had mandarin, lemon and grapefruit growing very happily, and so another gin was born.
