Juniper Coriander Angelica Cassia Kōhia - Native Passionfruit Kawakawa Kombu Horopito Peppercorns Gisbourne Yuzu
This gin was made in the tiny settlement of Little Akaloa in the Banks Peninsula, not far from where our Little River gin is made. Kōhia grows well in this climate and was the basis for this collaboration gin with Austin Club. Austin Club is a sublime cocktail bar in Christchurch which specialises in, you guessed it, cocktails. They currently have two drinks made to showcase our Little Akaloa gin.
